Choose OAuth or Personal API token in the ClickUp account connection field. OAuth opens ClickUp's authorization flow. For a personal API token, open ClickUp Settings → Apps, copy your token, paste it into the password field and select Connect with API token. Both methods then let you choose an accessible Workspace and List. See ClickUp authentication.

Daspire verifies the token before saving a connected credential and stores it encrypted. The input is cleared on submission and is not stored in the browser's builder draft. Both methods return the same credential-handle contract; tokens must not be placed in Activation mappings, configuration or MCP calls. A personal token does not require the administrator's OAuth app configuration. If verification or discovery is temporarily unavailable, retry later; no Activation is created by connecting an account. Regenerated/revoked tokens must be connected again.

This release enables account connection and Workspace/List discovery only. New ClickUp task Activations remain unavailable until Native execution acceptance passes. Connecting an account never creates a task or a legacy connection.
