Activation
Activation sends records from a warehouse table or view into business applications. Qordo Activation creates and updates tasks in one selected List. Availability depends on your workspace's native execution setup.
- Open Reverse ETL → Qordo activation → New Qordo activation.
- Select a connected native MySQL or AnalyticDB warehouse, table/view and unique business key.
- Connect Qordo, select its workspace, space, folder and List.
- Map warehouse columns to task fields. Titles, descriptions and custom fields stay in sync. Status and assignee default to On creation only.
- Preview new, changed, unchanged and invalid records, then save the draft. Start with a manual run. Enable an interval or cron schedule after verifying results.
Every complete scan compares mapped source values to the last successfully applied values. Use a warehouse view for filtering and calculations. Empty values preserve existing target values unless Clear field is selected and the field allows it. Unmapped fields are preserved. Source records that disappear keep their tasks and resume the same task if they return.
The business key cannot be empty or duplicated. Status and custom-field identifiers must be Qordo UUIDs. Assignee columns may contain a member UUID or an email resolving to exactly one active member. Invalid rows show their business key and error in run details. An invalid complete-scan key prevents the entire scan from writing.
Run history includes scheduled runs, row results and counts. Retry unfinished records resumes the original scan's failed or uncertain operations; it does not reread corrected warehouse values. Use a new manual run for corrected source data. A partial failure is not a successful batch.
reconciliation_required means a previous request may already have created a task and cannot be safely replayed. Ask an administrator to inspect the original operation and Qordo task before proceeding. Retrying never automatically creates a replacement. Pausing stops future scheduled occurrences; tasks and bindings are retained.
See Qordo connection setup. Comments, attachments, subtasks, dependencies and two-way synchronization are outside this version.
